How to change your TaxJar email

Your TaxJar account email controls where all filing-related communications are sent, including reminders and confirmations from the TaxJar team. Your TaxJar account is created using the email address associated with your Stripe account. 

1. To update this email, open the TaxJar app within your Stripe Dashboard and go to the Filings tab. 

2. Click Review report on TaxJar — this will open your TaxJar account in a new browser window.

3. Once in your TaxJar account, click Account in the upper right corner and select Business Profile from the dropdown menu.

4. Update the address in the Email field, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Information. All future TaxJar emails will be sent to the updated address.
